They wanted a surprise adopt with the details as the egg shows, so here ya go.
The Dragon is a kind of "walking planet". It carries the environment with him and has an own kind of "sun" between its horns.
The wings are made of branches and leafs. Roots are showing up beneath its body and tail. And yes, there are waterfalls coming out of his body.
